筑波会議2023 セッションS-07 “Agriculture X IoT X AI: Self Sufficiency in Food Production to Achieve Society 5.0 and SDG’s Globally”
South and Southeast Asia are one of the major agricultural hubs of the world, facing challenges of climate change and feeding the fast-growing population. To solve the crisis, transboundary approaches along with AI and IoT-based Bigdata schemes are required to increase yield and minimize pre-postharvest losses in intangible climates for
driving the sustainable development goal (SDG) for feeding the major part of the 9 billion population by 2050 (Society 5.0 SDG 1 & 2) through smart IoT and AI-based agriculture including genetic adaptation against drought and pest infestation, minimizing agricultural fertilizers and pesticide application to ensure food security.
南アジアおよび東南アジアは世界の主要な農業拠点の一つであり、急増する人口への食糧供給を行っているが、気候変動の課題に直面している。この危機を解決するには、2050（Society 5.0 SDG 1＆2）によって、国境を越えたアプローチ、バイオインフォマティクスのAI（人工知能）とBIGデータの組み合わせによって、農産物の増収を図り、漠然とした気候による農産物収穫前の損失を最小限に抑え、90億人の人口の大部分を養う持続可能な開発目標（SDG）を推進する必要がある。 本セッションの目的は、スマートIoTとAIベースの農業を通じて、干ばつと害虫の蔓延に対する遺伝的適応を含む解決方法に焦点を絞り、農業用肥料と農薬の適用を最小限に抑え、食料の安全性を確保することにある。
